Lynne is an absolute master at bringing order and efficiency to any operation! She thrives on organizing and ensuring everything moves in perfect harmony, always with an eye on the bigger picture and the drive to make it happen.

Her extensive experience as co-owner and office manager of an electrical contracting business speaks volumes about her ability to keep things running smoothly. She was the driving force behind ensuring customers, contractors, and vendors all moved forward seamlessly. For Lynne, the magic truly happens in the details, and she's a pro at spotting them!

Lynne's greatest joy comes from empowering others to shine. She loves to see people succeed and is always happy to work diligently behind the scenes, attending to every detail to support their achievements.

When she's not orchestrating operational excellence, Lynne cherishes her vibrant family life. With four wonderful grown children and six delightful grandchildren, her home is often filled with the joyous sounds of big gatherings and lively Sunday dinners. It's loud, crazy, and absolutely bursting with love—a true blessing that brings her immense happiness!

At the heart of our commitment to your success stands Shawn, our Director of Contractor Services. Shawn is a comprehensive resource dedicated to empowering contractors. His main goal is to smooth things out for you, from offering advice on your project to making sure you get your materials on time.

Shawn truly gets the construction world because he's lived it. He grew up learning from his mechanic dad, sparking a passion for hands-on work. After jobs in welding and landscaping, he spent over 10 years co-owning a successful construction company. This real-world experience means he deeply understands the challenges contractors face and can offer truly helpful advice.

What truly ignites Shawn's passion is the profound satisfaction of seeing projects successfully come to fruition. Outside of work, Shawn is a devoted family man, often found cheering on his kids in their sports, and embracing the tranquility of the outdoors through his passion for hunting and spending time in the woods.

Randy brings a wealth of knowledge to Home Imagined, drawing from his 35 years of experience in the business world. His core passion centers on helping leaders and companies cultivate healthy, sustainable growth. Randy considers it a true privilege to guide Home Imagined in achieving its goals and realizing its vision: to become the premier HUB for the contractor and design community throughout the greater Carlisle area.

Tracy joined our team from the very beginning, when the ambitious vision for our design center first took shape. She candidly shares, "I had no idea what I was getting into, I just showed up!" – and her dedication has been invaluable ever since.

As Principal Designer, Tracy ensures our showroom displays and pricing are always current and all vendor information is meticulously maintained. She excels at assisting clients, particularly with tile and flooring selections for bathroom and kitchen remodels. Tracy genuinely loves the transformation process, from "before" to "after," and is dedicated to helping clients achieve their dream spaces. She's also keen on staying up to date on the latest design trends.

Outside of the design world, Tracy enjoys spending time outdoors, cultivating her landscaping and flowers. She's also an avid reader on fitness over 50, and cherishes moments with her grandsons, Joey, and Sammy (even if it involves chasing them on big wheels!), and taking day trips with her husband.

Rachel is our Executive Integrator at HI, where she's focused on seamlessly integrating our company's vision and values across the entire team. Her expertise stems from a robust background in office management and development, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

What truly sets Rachel apart is her innate understanding of small businesses. Coming from a family of entrepreneurs and with her husband co-owning a construction company for over a decade, she possesses a deep appreciation for the unique dynamics that make them successful. Rachel's greatest motivation is seeing every team member thrive, contributing to the overall success of the team and helping to ensure customers have the best experience from start to finish.

When she's not at HI, Rachel loves watching her children enjoy the sports they love, spending time outdoors with family and friends, and finding a little free time for hunting. She is also an active volunteer in her community and loves to travel.

Allison is a driving force and visionary behind Home Imagined, where her lifelong passion for home remodeling and design has brought this vision to life. She enjoys working directly with clients, meticulously helping them design their spaces and translate visions into tangible realities. Allison is incredibly detail-oriented, ensuring every element contributes to a cohesive and stunning outcome.

With a history of roles including marketing coordinator, constituent outreach specialist, and small business owner, she brings a well-rounded and deeply prepared perspective to her current position at Home Imagined (HI).

Derek is the CEO and Founder of Home Imagined, a company born from his firsthand knowledge and deep experience in the trades. Having spent many years in the field, Derek recognized the significant pain points contractors face when coordinating material sourcing and managing the homeowner selection process task that is often cumbersome and time-consuming.

Driven by a vision for a more streamlined and simplified remodeling experience, Derek founded Home Imagined in 2023. His goal was to create a true one-stop shop for both homeowners and contractors. The result is a stunning, full-service showroom where contractors can confidently send their clients to receive top-tier design work and access all necessary materials under one roof, making the journey from imagination to installation seamless.

When Derek isn't pouring everything into HI, you can find him spending time with his wife, Ali, and kids. He loves watching football and hosting friends at their house. He serves on the board at Trinity Fitness, as well as attends. Derek also enjoys being outside, going on hikes and spending quality time with friends and family.

Allison manages payroll and provides essential financial and administrative support. She's the one keeping our financial house in order, ensuring all internal processes run smoothly. This critical behind-the-scenes work allows the rest of the team to focus completely on your projects.

Allison brings an invaluable perspective to HI, having previously been a co-owner of a family-run construction company for nine years. This experience gives her deep insight into operational needs, allowing her to provide the robust, behind-the-scenes support that empowers the entire team to succeed. She shares the authentic passion for bringing client dreams to reality.

Allison loves spending quality time with family and friends, enjoying spirited game nights that often lead to friendly competition, and getting plenty of playtime and snuggles with her beloved dog, Gus.

Chelsea is Home Imagined's organizational anchor, keeping the financial gears turning smoothly behind the scenes. With a sharp eye for numbers and a talent for organization, she ensures every financial detail is in balance and in order.

Her professional journey has equipped her with a diverse skill set, starting in the tax software industry where she supported small businesses with their operational and software needs. She then transitioned to an Office Manager role for a small remodeling company, gaining extensive, hands-on experience in managing all facets of a business.

Chelsea's unique value lies in her dedication to details and clarity. Her goal is always to make complex processes smoother and easy to understand for everyone, driven by her passion for solving financial problems.

When she steps away from the spreadsheets, you can find Chelsea staying active—she coaches and attends classes at Trinity Fitness—or enjoying the outdoors, perhaps hiking in the mountains, or reading a good book by the lake. A dedicated sports fan, she also spends time watching her boys wrestle and even crewing her husband for his ultramarathons.

Lindsay, an Architectural Designer at HI, brings clarity, creativity, and purpose to every project. For Lindsay, a successful renovation isn't just about a fresh coat of paint; it’s about unlocking the hidden potential of a home through creative problem-solving and a sharp eye for detail. Lindsay’s passion for design started long before her professional career. Growing up working on her family’s residential rental properties and flipping houses, she was introduced to the "bones" of a home at a young age. This early hands-on experience taught her how to think outside the box, especially when dealing with less-than-ideal conditions. Today, that background allows her to see beyond the surface, ensuring every mechanical and electrical element is perfectly aligned with the final aesthetic.
