Do I really not need an appointment to visit?

Nope, walk-ins are always welcome! We want our Design Center to be a stress-free, inspiring place where you can browse at your own pace. Stop by anytime during our normal showroom hours to grab a coffee, look at samples, and explore our displays.

If you happen to come in during a peak rush and our design team is tied up assisting another neighbor, you are more than welcome to hang out, touch the hardware, pull tile samples, and start gathering inspiration until we are free!

What should I bring with me when I come in?

We help you map out your cabinetry, pick the perfect countertops, and coordinate your flooring and backsplash tile so everything flows beautifully.

What are your design limits? (What don't you do?)

To keep things simple and streamlined, we focus purely on the interior design, space planning, and material supply side of your project.

We don't do full-scale architecture or structural engineering. If you want to knock down a major load-bearing wall, add an entire home extension, or completely relocate major structural support columns, you'll want to consult a structural engineer or architect first.

We supply the design and materials, but we aren't general contractors. While we love working alongside your chosen builder or contractor to ensure the design is executed perfectly, we do not handle the physical dsummaryo, structural framing, or building permits ourselves.

Can I work with you if I already have a builder or contractor?

Absolutely! In fact, we prefer it. We love partnering with local Carlisle and West Shore contractors. You and your builder can bring us your rough layout, and we will handle the heavy lifting of designing the cabinetry lines, coordinating the finish palette, and supplying the exact materials they need to get the job done right.
